The Crown Steam GLT-60 gas tilting kettle accelerates batch production with a 60-gallon capacity and a 2/3 steam jacket that promotes uniform heating. Prepare stocks, sauces, chili, and chowders with consistency while maintaining tight control over cooking cycles.
Operators can fine-tune temperatures using the thermostatic control and direct immersion thermostat, while electronic ignition speeds start-up and reduces downtime. A crank tilt mechanism delivers smooth, controlled pouring to pans or storage vessels to keep service moving.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel exterior and 316 stainless steel interior liner withstand demanding use and acidic ingredients. Workflow stays on track with a water sight glass, pressure gauge, indicator lights, and a low-water shut-off that help protect the kettle and product.
