A 2/3 jacket promotes even heating for consistent results on soups, sauces, and stocks. The 42-inch base consolidates cooking and prep to keep crews focused and stations organized.
Built for demanding menus, each kettle features a 316 stainless steel liner, while the exterior uses 304 stainless steel for rugged durability and clean presentation. Six-inch stainless legs with adjustable flanged feet help secure the unit in place and align it with surrounding equipment. Chefs can batch, finish, and portion with confidence in a compact footprint.
Electronic ignition, CSD-1 package, automatic boiler blow down, and a safety relief valve support safe, reliable operation. A double pantry fill faucet with split water line and a 3-inch deep stainless steel sink simplify filling, staging, and quick rinsing at the unit. An included water treatment system helps protect components and maintain performance in busy operations.
