The Crown Steam GMTS-60 delivers large-batch productivity in a compact footprint for high-volume kitchens. This 60-gallon gas tilting skillet braising pan streamlines braising, searing, shallow frying, simmering, and holding so teams can move from prep to plate with fewer bottlenecks. A cabinet base and 304 stainless steel construction support daily rigor and easy cleanup.
Operators can set, monitor, and move product confidently thanks to a solid-state thermostat with temperature light, electronic ignition, and a tilt & safety switch. The hydraulic lift (1/2 HP) provides smooth, controlled tilting that helps reduce spills and improves portioning.
Use the spring-assisted cover to retain heat and moisture for braises or quick preheats, then finish with a clean pour through the removable strainer. From schools and healthcare to commissaries and catering, the GMTS-60 helps chefs batch-cook sauces, proteins, and one-pan entrées with speed and consistency.
