Keep cooks on schedule using electromechanical controls, a three-way power switch (ON/OFF/Delime), and a 60-minute timer for repeatable results. Removable pan supports speed changeovers and simplify cleaning between rushes. The included water filter system and a de-liming port help protect components in hard-water conditions.
Built for daily use, the SXN-4 pairs a 316 stainless steel liner with a 304 stainless steel exterior for long-term durability. A split water connection and automatic blow down valve streamline routine maintenance. Set the unit level on 4" adjustable legs with leveling feet to keep trays steady and service consistent.
