The Crown Steam SXN-4M is an electric, countertop convection steamer built to keep busy lines moving. Its steam generator powers a single compartment that holds four 12" x 20" pans, making it a smart fit for batch vegetables, seafood, sides, and high-volume retherm work. Place it on a prep line or in a satellite station to speed ticket times without sacrificing consistency.
Streamline workflow with automatic fill and a straightforward manual drain. Electromechanical controls keep operation simple, while a three-way power switch (ON/OFF/Delime) and a 60-minute timer support daily production and routine descaling. Removable pan supports promote fast changeovers and easy cleaning between turns.
Built for commercial duty, the SXN-4M features a 316 stainless steel liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior to handle constant use. Level the unit quickly with 4" adjustable legs. An included water filter system and "Y" strainer help protect components, and cCSAus and NSF listings support safety and sanitation standards across facilities.
