Built for demanding outdoor service, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-30RDP mobile outdoor charbroiler empowers chefs and operators to execute efficient grilling with control. Its 28" x 21" cooking surface and four burners handle burgers, chicken, vegetables, and skewers simultaneously. Rugged 304 stainless steel construction delivers long-term durability while maintaining a professional presentation for patios, catered events, and concession lines.
Stainless steel grill grates work with radiants and a lighter tube (pilot) to support reliable, repeatable results across the cook surface. The included roll dome and bun rack expand production, from covered roasting to staging buns for service.
For workflow, an undershelf keeps tools close at hand, and legs with two 14" wheels make repositioning straightforward. LP gas operation with a hose and regulator provides simple connection to propane cylinders, and a water pan is included.
