Product Description
The Crown Verity CV-MCB-36 mobile outdoor charbroiler drives high-volume grilling for catered events, patios, and concessions. With a 34" x 21" stainless steel grill, crews can load steaks, burgers, and vegetables without slowing the line. 304 stainless steel construction withstands daily service and cleans down quickly between events.
Five burners span the cooking surface so chefs can build multiple zones for searing, finishing, and holding. Radiants and a water pan help manage drippings and simplify cleanup. A lighter tube (pilot) provides a straightforward way to light the burners.
Move the unit where it’s needed using legs with (2) 14" wheels, then stabilize with (2) total-lock casters. An undershelf keeps tools and pans close at hand to streamline workflow. Gas-ready design includes a hose and regulator for connection at the job site.
