Built for demanding foodservice environments, this unit delivers a broad 46 inch by 21 inch grilling surface so chefs can sear, finish, and hold multiple menu items at once. Use it to streamline high-volume cookouts, catered functions, and back-of-house prep for patios or event spaces.
Seven burners span the entire grate, helping you stage proteins and vegetables efficiently across the grill. LP gas operation with an included hose and regulator simplifies setup, while the water pan manages drippings to keep stations cleaner during peak periods.
A 304 stainless steel construction with a stainless steel grill stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly. Radiants and a lighter tube (pilot) are included, and an undershelf keeps tools within reach. Legs with two 14 inch wheels and two total lock casters make it easy to roll into position and secure for safe, steady cooking.
