Purpose-built for busy patios, catering lines, and special events, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-48-SI 50/100-PKG outdoor charbroiler streamlines high-volume grilling. Seven burners span a 46" x 21" stainless steel grill, promoting fast recovery and even heat. Rugged 304 stainless steel construction stands up to daily service and mobile deployment.
Elevate workflow and presentation with the included RD-48 roll dome, which helps manage heat while showcasing food. The RES removable end shelf creates convenient plating or holding space right where it’s needed. A lighter tube (pilot) supports reliable start-ups to keep service on schedule.
This LP gas package ships ready for the field with a single inlet (#5131), plus a 1/2 inch gas hose and regulator assembly for 50 lb or 100 lb LP tanks (tanks not included). Ideal for resorts, stadiums, and off-site catering, it delivers consistent results without a fixed gas line.
