Accelerate your grill line with the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI 50/100, a mobile outdoor charbroiler built for volume and speed. Its expansive 58" x 21" stainless steel grill surface and eight burners help you sear, finish, and hold a steady pace during peak periods.
Engineered from 304 stainless steel with stainless steel grill grates, radiants, and a lighter tube (pilot), it delivers durable performance and consistent heat distribution. A built-in water pan helps tame flare-ups and streamlines cleanup to keep workflows moving.
Roll it into position on legs with two 14" wheels and two total lock casters, then stage tools and pans on the undershelf to tighten your setup. An LP gas single inlet (#5131) with included 1/2" hose and regulator pairs with 50 lb. or 100 lb. LP tanks (not included), enabling quick, reliable deployment for catering, patios, and high-volume outdoor service.
