Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a stainless steel grill and radiants, this unit withstands daily outdoor service while producing even heat and attractive sear marks. A lighter tube (pilot) supports dependable ignition, and the water pan helps manage drippings and flare-ups. Included roll domes and bun racks streamline finishing and holding for clean presentation.
Set up efficiently with the single inlet #5131, 1/2" gas hose and regulator assembly designed for 50 lb or 100 lb LP tanks (tanks not included). Position the unit easily using legs with (2) 14" wheels and (2) total lock casters, and keep tools close on the undershelf. cETL
