Its 58" x 21" grill area accommodates busy rushes, helping chefs stage proteins and sides simultaneously. Deploy it at catered events, concessions, or campus dining where speed and presentation matter.
Leverage eight LP burners to organize zones for searing, finishing, and holding. Switch effortlessly between open grilling and flat-top work using the included roll dome and Pro Griddle Package—ideal for burgers, skewers, breakfast items, and more. The mobile format supports flexible layouts across patios, tents, and service courts.
Built from 304 stainless steel with stainless steel grill and radiants, this unit is engineered for commercial use. A lighter tube (pilot), water pan, and single inlet simplify operation, while the included 1/2 inch gas hose and regulator connect to 50 lb or 100 lb LP tanks (tanks not included).
