Product Description
Drive high-volume grilling with the Crown Verity CV-MCB-60-SI50/100-RWP, a mobile outdoor charbroiler engineered for busy patios, catering lines, and event service. Its 58" x 21" stainless steel grill, powered by eight LP burners, gives chefs the surface area to sear proteins, toast buns, and stage sides without bottlenecks.
Streamline fuel management via a single inlet and the included 1/2 inch gas hose and regulator assembly, designed for use with 50 lb or 100 lb LP tanks (tanks not included). Deploy quickly and keep service moving during changeovers or off-site jobs.
Built from 304 stainless steel with stainless steel grill and radiants, it withstands daily outdoor use and cleans down efficiently. The roll dome and wind guard package support heat retention and presentation, while the lighter tube (pilot) and water pan assist ignition and drip control.
