The Crown Verity CV-MCB-60RDP-LP is a mobile outdoor charbroiler engineered for high-throughput grilling wherever your operation needs it. Eight burners deliver 129,000 BTU across a 58" x 21" stainless steel grill, giving chefs ample real estate for steaks, burgers, and vegetables. Its 304 stainless steel construction stands up to demanding service and wipes down quickly between turns.
Streamline workflows on the line or at events with thoughtful inclusions: two 30" roll domes for covered cooking and holding, bun racks for assembly, and an undershelf to stage tools and pans. A water pan supports manageable cleanup, while a lighter tube (pilot) and radiants are built in for dependable operation. Ideal for catering, stadium concessions, or campus functions, it helps crews move efficiently from prep to service.
Roll into position with legs featuring two 14" wheels, then stabilize with two total lock casters. LP gas operation with an included hose & regulator speeds setup and changeovers. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings support commercial compliance.
