Sear steaks, burgers, and skewers simultaneously and stage mixed menus across consistent heat supported by stainless radiants. The 304 stainless steel body withstands heavy-duty service and simplifies cleanup.
Expedite setup with the included single inlet #5131 1/2" gas hose and regulator for 50 or 100 lb LP tanks. The lighter tube pilot streamlines ignition, while the water pan helps control flare-ups and manage grease. An undershelf keeps tools close at hand.
Elevate presentation with two roll domes and bun racks for finishing, melting, and holding. Maneuver between venues on two 14" wheels and lock in place with total-lock casters. Ideal for catered banquets, stadium concessions, campus events, and resort patios.
