Built for demanding event service, the Crown Verity CV-MCB-72WGP-LP mobile outdoor charbroiler runs on LP gas and powers a 70" x 21" stainless grill surface. Ten burners at 159,000 BTU help teams fire multiple menu items at once for banquets, festivals, or stadium concessions.
Streamline setup with the included hose & regulator, and keep tools and pans close on the integrated undershelf. A water pan manages drippings, while 30" wind guards help shield the cooking zone in open-air conditions.
Move the unit wherever service demands; legs with two 14" wheels and two total lock casters support transport and secure placement. Built from 304 stainless steel with stainless radiants and grill, plus a lighter tube (pilot). Listings include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
