Built from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel with a stainless steel grill and radiants, this unit withstands daily use while supporting consistent heat across the cooking surface. A lighter tube (pilot) aids reliable lighting, and the included water pan manages drippings to keep stations organized.
Optimize workflow with an undershelf for tools and the maneuverability of legs with (2) 14" wheels and (2) total lock casters.
