Powered by LP gas, seven burners span a 56-inch by 28-inch stainless steel platform to handle steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables with ease. This mobile workhorse fits fast-paced catering, concessions, and banquet production.
The stainless steel grill and included radiants are built for rigorous daily use while supporting consistent, repeatable results. An undershelf with sturdy legs keeps tools and pans organized so crews can stage product and streamline service.
Relocate quickly between prep, cook, and serving stations using two 14-inch wheels and two total lock casters. For demanding environments, the unit features crash bars positioned above and below the control knobs and on each end.
