Eight burners deliver 129,000 BTU across a 69 inch by 28 inch footprint, enabling chefs to sear, finish, and stage with consistent heat. Durable stainless steel construction with stainless steel grill and radiants streamlines cleanup between rushes.
Accelerate setup with a single inlet and included NGH05 gas hose; the unit accommodates bulk tanks and is intended for 50 lb or 100 lb LP tanks only. Roll into place on two 14 inch wheels, then lock down with two total-lock casters. Crash bars above and below the control knobs and on each end help protect components during transport and service.
