Accelerate service with two roll domes and bun racks that stage proteins and buns for efficient plating and attractive presentation. A single inlet with #5131 1/2-inch gas hose and regulator assembly streamlines setup with 50 lb or 100 lb LP tanks (tanks not included). Stainless steel grill and radiants stand up to repeated, heavy-duty use.
Position the unit exactly where you need it using two 14-inch wheels and two total lock casters. Crash bars above/below the control knobs and on each end help protect components during transport and high-traffic events. Ideal for caterers, stadium concessions, campuses, and large event operations.
