This mobile platform pairs a BI-48 grill with an RD-48 roll dome lid to speed service and protect product during transport and cook. Deploy it for on-site catering, festivals, and campus or corporate events where setup time and consistency matter.
Drive throughput with 99,000 BTU of heat and stainless steel cooking grates that deliver even sear and easy release. Side shelves create convenient prep and plating space to keep lines flowing. The trailer holds two propane tanks to extend runtime between changeouts.
