The Crown Verity IBI42-GO-FLT brings the Infinite Series into a 42-inch built-in outdoor charbroiler grill engineered for professional patios and exhibition lines. Six 14,750 BTUH stainless steel burners concentrate heat for fast searing and steady production. A battery multi-spark ignition lights reliably to keep service moving.
A custom light package elevates workflow and presentation: heat‑indicating LED bezels show status at a glance, while dual halogen dome lights illuminate the cook zone for evening service and dim venues. The lighting package is purpose-built for the IBI42 configuration and is not a retrofit item.
All-stainless steel construction withstands demanding outdoor use and simplifies cleanup between rushes.
