The refrigerated pan rail holds up to fourteen 1/3-size pans and includes a drain to speed end-of-shift cleanups and sanitation. Below, a 30.9 cu. ft. base accessed by three 32-inch doors keeps dough, sauces, and backup toppings ready for quick reloading between orders.
Built for demanding kitchens, it features an 18-gauge stainless steel top, stainless steel ends, and smooth-rolling 6-inch casters for easy repositioning during cleaning or layout changes. A side-mounted system with R290 refrigerant and (2) 1/5 hp supports efficient, consistent cold performance on a busy line.
