The Delfield 18648PTLP LiquiTec refrigerated prep table delivers 48-inch, single-section performance to accelerate cold ingredient prep on busy lines. Chefs and facility teams can stage components in the LiquiTec refrigerated pan rail while maintaining an efficient, organized workflow at the board.
An 18-gauge stainless steel top integrates a LiquiTec refrigerated pan rail sized for two 12" x 20" pans, paired with a 20-inch cutting board for streamlined assembly. The 10.23 cu. ft. base with a 27" door and one shelf keeps backups close to the action to reduce steps and speed service.
A side-mounted 1/4 hp refrigeration system using R404A helps deliver reliable cold holding, and 6" casters simplify placement and cleaning. Stainless steel ends and cUL, UL, NSF 7 compliance support durability and professional kitchen standards for operators and buyers alike.
