The mixed door configuration—one 19-inch and one 27-inch—helps you group frequently used items by task or shift.
Durable stainless steel top, front, and ends stand up to heavy use, while ABS interior ends and the door frame simplify wipe-downs between rushes. Place the 60-inch work surface where you need it and keep backup product within arm’s reach to tighten workflow on the cookline or in prep.
The side-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 hp rating to deliver dependable cold storage. ENERGY STAR and cUL, UL, and NSF listed, it supports operational efficiency and compliance. Six-inch casters make it easy to roll for cleaning or repositioning
