Stage toppings in (7) 1/3-size pans and store dough, sauces, and backups in 14.37 cubic feet of refrigerated base space with (2) shelves. Mixed door sizes—one 27-inch and one 19-inch—let teams access exactly what they need without disrupting the workflow.
