Its 72-inch, two-section design organizes ingredients and tools where you work, helping teams move from dough to finish with fewer steps. The LiquiTec refrigerated pan rail maintains ingredient integrity right on the line.
Stage dough, sauces, and toppings in three 12" x 20" pans while the 20" cutting board provides a generous assembly zone for pies, flatbreads, and salads. Two 27" doors open to an 18.10 cu. ft. base with two shelves, keeping backup product within arm’s reach to speed service during peak periods.
