The Delfield 4427NP-12M mega top sandwich / salad prep table streamlines make-line service for busy kitchens. At 27 inches wide with 8.20 cubic feet of refrigerated storage, it keeps ingredients close while conserving space. A stainless steel top with a polyethylene cutting board provides a clean, durable prep surface for rapid assembly.
Organize a full menu of toppings in the included (12) 1/6 size plastic pans, while the interior 1/1 GN shelf holds bulk backups for fast refills. The front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration lets you place the unit against walls or between equipment without choking airflow.
Built with stainless steel front and sides and easy-clean ABS interior sides, this single-section unit is made for daily use. Smooth-rolling 5" casters simplify cleaning and reconfiguration, and the R290 hydrocarbon system with a 0.3 hp compressor delivers reliable cold performance.
