On the rail, six 1/6 size plastic pans neatly stage proteins, produce, and toppings to speed ticket times during lunch rushes and catering prep. Durable ABS interior sides and stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use and frequent wipe-downs.
Position the unit flush in tight spaces thanks to a front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system, and reposition easily on 5-inch casters. Powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 0.3 hp system, this model supports efficient cold holding with UL, cUL, and NSF compliance for professional kitchens.
