Speed up assembly with the included (18) 1/6 size plastic pans, while two 1/1 GN shelves hold bulk product within reach. A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system helps maintain performance when installed against a wall or in tight cooklines. Durable stainless steel front and sides with ABS interior sides support everyday commercial use.
