The Delfield 4448NP-18M mega top sandwich/salad prep table combines stainless steel construction with a patented air screen to maintain consistent cooling. Its 8-inch-deep cutting board creates a productive prep zone, while capacity for eighteen 1/6-size pans keeps ingredients organized and accessible. With two sections and two doors, this unit streamlines backup storage right at the station.

An ABS interior stands up to daily use, and high-density polyurethane insulation supports efficient temperature retention. The 100% front-breathing design simplifies installation in tight lines; it uses R290 refrigerant and is NSF certified.
