A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system powered by a 0.3 hp compressor with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant helps maintain cold holding while fitting into tight cooklines. 5-inch casters simplify moves for cleaning or reconfiguration, and cUL, UL, and NSF listings provide confidence for professional foodservice operations.
