Its 16.0 cu. ft. cabinet and two doors keep backups within reach while the stainless top and polyethylene cutting board create a sturdy make station. Front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration helps you save aisle space on tight lines.
Load six 1/6 size pans across the mega top to stage your most-used ingredients, from sliced proteins to greens. Two 1/1 GN shelves organize bulk containers below so cooks can replenish fast during rushes. ABS interior sides stand up to busy kitchen traffic.
Roll the unit on 5" casters for quick cleaning or line changes without disrupting service. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 0.3 hp system deliver reliable cooling performance. Stainless steel front and sides provide a clean, professional look for open-kitchen concepts.
