Stage backups and bulk ingredients in the refrigerated base with two 1/1 GN shelves behind two doors for quick grabs during rush periods. Chefs and operators can prep, build, and hand off orders in one workstation to tighten workflow on make lines or in commissary settings.
A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system supports flexible placement, and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant pairs with a 0.35 hp compressor. Durable stainless steel front and sides, ABS interior sides, and 5-inch casters stand up to daily service and simplify cleaning and maintenance.
