Stage (8) 1/6 size pans on the stainless top while the full-length polyethylene cutting board supports rapid assembly. Behind the two solid doors, 20.20 cubic feet of refrigerated storage with (2) 1/1 GN shelves holds backup product for fast reloads. A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system using R290 keeps temps stable without requiring side clearance, ideal for tight lines or placement against a wall.
Durable stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides stand up to daily impacts, while 5-inch casters simplify nightly cleaning and maintenance. Chefs and facility managers can deploy this unit on virtually any line that serves salads, subs, wraps, or make-to-order stations.
