The stainless top with polyethylene cutting board and twelve 1/6 size plastic pans let chefs assemble high-volume sandwich and salad orders without breaking workflow.
A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system supports placement against walls or in tight cooklines while maintaining dependable performance. Inside, two 1/1 GN shelves hold backup product so crews can reload the rail quickly between rushes.
Built for busy kitchens, it features stainless steel front and sides with durable, easy-clean ABS interior sides, plus 5" casters for effortless moves during cleaning or line changes. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 0.35 hp system deliver reliable cold holding, with UL, cUL, and NSF listings valued by foodservice operators and facility managers.
