For chefs and operators building fast sandwich/salad lines, the 72" three-section Delfield 4472NP-18 streamlines prep with a stainless steel top and polyethylene cutting board. Eighteen included 1/6-size plastic pans keep toppings organized under the lid. Three 1/1 GN shelves and 24.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage stage backups and bulk ingredients below.
Position this unit in a tight line; its front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration helps maintain airflow when space is limited. The ABS interior sides resist dents and chips, while the stainless steel front and sides stand up to heavy daily use. Three doors provide quick access to product without disrupting the make line.
