A stainless steel top with a polyethylene cutting board streamlines assembly, while three doors access (3) 1/1 GN shelves to keep bulk ingredients organized and within reach. Front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 0.35 hp system supports consistent holding during peak service.
Built for daily use, the stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides simplify cleaning in delis, cafes, and campus kitchens. 5-inch casters make it easy to roll for line reconfiguration or service access, and cUL, UL, and NSF listings support code compliance across commercial facilities.
