Stage proteins, greens, and toppings at ideal holding temperatures while backup product stays accessible on (3) 1/1 GN shelves behind the (3) doors. A front-breathing, rear-mounted refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 0.35 hp compressor supports consistent cold performance during rushes.
Built for the line, the stainless steel front and sides and ABS interior sides handle daily wear, and 5-inch casters make repositioning and cleaning simpler. Ideal for delis, pizzerias, and cafeterias, this prep solution enhances workflow from morning prep to peak service.
