Stage proteins, frozen desserts, and backup mise en place behind three easy-access doors while using the work surface for assembly and plating. Roll on 5-inch casters for cleaning or reconfiguring the line. Plug into a standard 115v, single-phase outlet with the factory NEMA 5-15P cord.
A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use, while the plastic interior wipes down quickly between shifts.
