Engineered for busy kitchens, the Delfield 6025XL-S reach-in refrigerator keeps ingredients at the ready with a top-mounted self-contained system and 15.1 cu. ft. of storage. LED interior lighting illuminates product clearly, while a digital thermometer with visual high/low alarms helps staff verify holding temps at a glance. This one-section unit supports efficient service from prep to plating.
Configure storage fast using three adjustable chrome wire shelves and 15 molded shelf supports on 3" increments. A full-height locking solid door secures inventory between shifts, and the stainless steel front shroud and sides pair with a seamless, Delrite® ABS interior liner for durable, cleanable surfaces.
Roll into place on four 5" locking casters, then plug into a standard 115V, 1-phase outlet with the factory-installed NEMA 5-15P. GreenGenius™ R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 0.22 HP compressor deliver dependable cooling at 4.2 amps.
