Streamline your service line with the Delfield 8118-EFP LiquiTec 1-pan drop-in cold food well. It installs into a 17" x 25" cutout and holds pans flush with the countertop for fast plating and clean presentation. Ideal for make lines, salad bars, cafes, and catered stations.
A self-contained eutectic fluid refrigerated system with R404A refrigerant delivers stable cold holding, while the insulated pan helps reduce energy loss. The stainless steel inner liner and top wipe clean and resist corrosion, and the galvanized outer liner adds rugged durability for high-volume operations.
Accommodate 4" or 6" deep pans flush to the counter to match your menu and service volume. A 1/4 hp refrigeration package supports reliable performance through peak periods, and cUL, UL, and NSF 7 listings support code compliance for professional kitchens.
