Improve throughput as 4" or 6" deep pans sit flush with the counter top for quick access and attractive merchandising. An insulated pan paired with a stainless steel inner liner and top helps retain cold while simplifying clean-up, and the galvanized outer liner provides rugged durability for high-volume operations.
