This 5-pan unit keeps ingredients chilled with a self-contained eutectic fluid system using R404A refrigerant, supporting consistent holding in busy cafeteria lines, salad bars, and buffet stations. A flush-mounted design lets 4" or 6" deep pans sit even with the countertop for a clean, guest-facing display.
Install with confidence using the required 71-1/2" x 25" cutout, then load and rotate product quickly to maintain flow during peak periods. An insulated pan preserves temperatures while the stainless steel inner liner and top deliver durability and easy cleanup. A galvanized outer liner adds structural strength for demanding foodservice environments.
