The LiquiTec® self-contained eutectic fluid refrigeration, paired with an insulated pan and 1/4 hp system, delivers reliable cold holding with R404A. A stainless steel inner liner and top support fast cleanup and long-term durability, while the galvanized outer liner adds structural strength.
Configure the well for changing menus using 4" or 6" deep pans to plate salads, sandwich toppings, or chilled sides on demand. Ideal for cafeterias, cafés, and high-volume make lines, the 8191-EFNP drops into a 90" x 17-1/4" cutout to keep workflow smooth and presentation clean.
