Streamline plate warming and service flow with the Delfield CAB2-1450ET heated dish dispenser. This Shelleymatic Even Temp model features an enclosed, mobile design that protects contents while moving between prep, plating, and buffet lines. Durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily commercial use.
Two self-elevating dispensing tubes keep stacks at a comfortable working height and accommodate dishes up to 14-1/2" diameter. Powered by (2) 700-watt heating elements, it helps maintain ready-to-serve conditions from the first plate to the last. Ideal as a plate dispenser beside the pass or in back-of-house staging areas.
Move it wherever service demands on 4" casters to support banquets, tray lines, and cafeteria service. Operators can stage hot plates for high-volume meal periods and keep workflows tight during rushes. cUL, UL, and NSF certifications support compliance in professional kitchens.
