The Delfield CAB2-500ET Shelleymatic Even Temp heated dish dispenser boosts plating speed and keeps dishes ready for service. Its enclosed, stainless steel, mobile design supports high-volume lines where timing and presentation matter. Deploy it on banquets, cafeteria serving lines, or tray assembly to stage warm plates right where teams work.
Two self-elevating dispensing tubes hold plates up to approximately 5" in diameter, maintaining a consistent grab height as stacks change. (2) 400 watt heating elements warm the wells to help preserve plate temperature before plating. The cabinet shields stacks from drafts and bumps during transport.
Smooth-rolling 4" casters make repositioning effortless between prep, service, and storage. Operators, chefs, and facility managers can standardize workflow with reliable, heated dispensing at the point of service. cUL, UL, and NSF listings support professional kitchen standards.
