The Delfield CAB2-575ET Shelleymatic Even Temp heated dish dispenser keeps small plates ready for service while moving through your operation. Its enclosed, mobile cabinet with 4" casters lets staff stage and transport stacks of dishware to banquet lines, cafeterias, or patient tray assembly with ease. Two self-elevating tubes present plates at a steady grab height to accelerate plating and help reduce handling.
Built from stainless steel and powered by dual 400-watt heating elements, it stands up to high-volume environments while warming dishes for better presentation. Each tube accepts plates up to approximately 5-3/4 inch in diameter, ideal for bread, dessert, salad, or side dishes. Use this compact mobile plate dispenser to streamline workflow at the pass or support satellite serving areas during peak periods.
