Streamline hot plate staging with the Delfield CAB2-650ET Shelleymatic Even Temp heated dish dispenser. This enclosed, mobile plate dispenser helps maintain serving temperatures while protecting dinnerware during transport. Ideal for banquets, tray lines, and cook-serve operations.
Two self-elevating dispensing tubes keep stacks within easy reach and accommodate dishes up to approximately 6-1/2" in diameter. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily service and wipes clean quickly. Two 400 watt heating elements deliver even warmth to support consistent plating.
Roll the unit wherever service demands on 4" casters, from prep areas to the pass to satellite stations.
