Keep plates hot and service flowing with the Delfield CAB2-725ET Shelleymatic Even Temp heated dish dispenser. The enclosed, mobile cabinet features two self-elevating tubes that present dishes at an efficient grab height. Its stainless steel construction withstands heavy back-of-house and front-of-house use.
Load stacks of salad or entree plates up to 7-1/4" in diameter, then roll to banquets, tray lines, or buffet stations. Dual 400-watt heating elements heat dishes and help maintain serving temperatures as you plate. The enclosed design helps protect ware and retain heat during transport.
Four-inch casters simplify repositioning for cleaning, reconfigurations, or off-site catering.
